What is the delivery delay? When will my order be delivered?

the delivery time communicated begins as soon as we have received your payment. You will receive a confirmation email informing you.

Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday will be sent from Monday.

  • France: 1 to 2 working days
  • Europe: 3 to 5 working days
  • The rest of the world outside (EU): 6 to 12 working days

Caution: The expected delivery time starts as soon as we have registered the payment by bank transfer . We will confirm receipt of payment by email. The registration of a bank payment may vary depending on the bank, between 1 and 4 business days.

Can I change the delivery address?

You can to do delivered your order to another address than your home address. By indicating, during the second step of your order, the address of your choice.

This is recommended when you can not be at home at the time of delivery. Thank you to choose an address where a person will be there to receive your parcel during office hours.

Can I select a date when for my order will be delivered?

How do I know if my package has shipped and is on its way?

We will keep you informed about schipment status by email.

Once your payment is confirmed by email, your order will be processed as quickly as possible. Once your order has is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. From that moment, expect to receive your package within the delivery time.

How to follow the status of your order?

You can track your package, at any time, by checking the DPD / Colissimo traceability link that you get by email you have received.

I was not home at the time of delivery, where can I find my package?

If you are not present during the passage of your letter carrier, it files a notice in your mailbox.
